Chad Frischmann is the CEO and Founder of Regenerative Intelligence (RegenIntel), a global ecosystem superpowered by a network of world class system thinkers and doers creating a virtuous cycle of collaborative intelligence, we enable the effective implementation of the highest impact ‘system of solutions’ for the planet and for people at scale.
From 2014-2022, prior to launching RegenIntel, Chad was the co-author the New York Times best-seller Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming (Penguin, 2017), and the lead researcher and architect of the Drawdown Solutions Framework, the engine underpinning the book, the Drawdown Review (February, 2020), and all communications and engagement efforts at Project Drawdown, one of the world’s leading resources for climate solutions.
Chad provides a systems-based, action-orientated approach to research and strategic leadership. Previously, as the Senior Program Officer at The Europaeum, an association of leading European universities, Chad worked to further international collaboration through academic mobility and exchange between students, researchers, and those working in the public and private sectors. He taught at the University of Oxford and the University of California at Berkeley; and worked as a consultant and researcher for numerous organizations, from small grassroots non-profits to international agencies such as UNESCO, the International Work Group on Indigenous Affairs, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development.
